We pride ourselves on staying connected with new and emerging trends in homebuilding, incorporating the latest and greatest construction materials and processes into each project. But a commitment to staying ahead of the curve isn’t all that sets us apart — click here to learn more.
Post-Construction
Before we wrap a project, we bring in professional cleaners to get your home move-in ready. We also offer a one-year warranty; however, we’re available to help long after the end of the first year, and most home products we install have manufacturer warranties that extend beyond the first year as well.

QWC’s current featured home is a tear down and re-build on one of the local lakes! You will notice the incredible custom details throughout including Amish Cabinetry, stained Pine wood walls, ceilings, and custom stair case, Pine log beams in the great room, wood burning fireplace with natural stone surround and large two-story windows that give way to the stunning views of the lake. The exterior is a combination of LP siding, stone and standing seam steel roof with an oversized gorgeous lake-front patio with custom planter boxes, built-in hot tub area and a remodeled original tiki bar/kitchen area that completes this perfect outdoor space. Every small and large detail add up to make this home a true craftstman masterpiece!
